GKSoft Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GKSoft. We aim to provide high-quality EPOS and online ordering solutions that enhance your business operations. We understand, however, that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. 

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for services purchased on gksoft.co.uk

Subscription-Based Services

Our EPOS and online ordering systems for restaurants and takeaways operate on a subscription basis, with charges applied monthly or annually, as specified at the time of purchase. Refunds for subscription services will be handled as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscription fees once the service period has begun. However, you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.

  • Annual Subscriptions: If you choose to cancel an annual subscription, we offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days of the subscription start date. After the 30-day period, refunds are not available.

One-Time Service Fees

For any one-time setup fees or service charges associated with custom configurations of our EPOS or restaurant online ordering system, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided that the service setup has not begun. Once setup and configuration have commenced, refunds are no longer applicable.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our EPOS or online ordering systems as intended, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at info@gksoft.co.uk. 

Our team will work diligently to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve a significant technical issue, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Monthly Subscribers will retain access until the end of their current billing cycle, after which their access will be terminated.

  • Annual Subscribers will retain access until the end of the subscription term, unless the cancellation falls within the initial 30-day window for a prorated refund, as stated above.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for situations where you simply change your mind or decide not to use the service. Please ensure our EPOS and online ordering solutions meet your business needs before committing to a purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our billing team at info@gksoft.co.uk with your account details and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Modifications to Refund Policy

GKSoft reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of these changes.
